Responsibilities:
• Perform specialized endodontic procedures including root canal treatments, retreatments, and apical surgeries.
• Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and surrounding tissues.
• Utilize advanced endodontic techniques and technologies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive examinations and review patient medical history to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Coordinate with general dentists and specialists to provide coordinated and integrated patient care.
• Educate patients on the importance of oral health and provide post-treatment care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and radiographs.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in endodontic treatments through continuing education and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
Requirements:
• Valid DOH (Department of Health) license in the UAE as a Specialist Endodontist.
• Minimum five years of experience working as a Specialist Endodontist in the UAE.
• DOH (Department of Health) or MOH (Ministry of Health) license would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in performing a wide range of endodontic procedures with precision and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of endodontic materials, techniques, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
